I was initially skeptical about buying a second-hand laptop, but I decided to try my luck with a Lenovo T495. I'm happy to report that it has been a great experience! While the laptop does have some visible scratches (expected with its rubber-like body texture, which is prone to marks) which made me a little bit sad, but otherwise it performs quite well for a 5 year old model. The battery life is decent, and it's perfect for daily tasks.
Saudewala team was very supportive and responsive. They were quick to address any issues or doubts I had, making the entire buying process smooth and reassuring. If you're considering a second-hand laptop, I highly recommend giving them a try!

Bought the 16 GB and 512 GB version. Runs very smooth after the software updates. Apart from the delivery experience (nothing more can be expected from DTDC), gratitude for people at Saudewala for facilitating an express delivery request. Product has minro scratches but overall condition is good
This laptop is just amazing for this price, you will never get this deal outside, laptop is in very good condition looks unused, the top has very minor dents and very unnoticeable scratches, you might need glasses to see them, but amazing display, battery is in very good condition, performance is smooth and fast, everything is working, finger print, touch bar, camera, speakers and bluetooth, rendering speed is very good for this model, mine is a 32GB/512 GB variant, overall extremely satisfied with the purchase, just go for it without any hesitation!! I bought it to play games ocassionally, mostly counter strike. Have played a couple of times.
It works fine.
Was expecting 100fps atleast but max i get is 70-75 fps on low settings.
Still, good enough for the price.
This is one of the best purchase I have made this year. Saw it on a story and wasn't sure. Asked over dm about the details and thought of giving it a try. I was looking for a high end pc but since I was tight on budget thought of buying this a for a year and then go for a higher end pc. But looking at its performance I doubt I will have to buy anything in the coming 2-3 years. Thanks a lot for this deal. Also in my case the cabinet had some scratches and dents. So don't expect a brand new pc but it will surpass ur expectations in terms of the performance.
Performance is good enough to support games from the 2010's generation. More recent games can run with medium settings at best. Graphic intensive software upto 2-3 years old can run smoothly on this. Due to the 10+ year old graphic card, DirectX 12 is unsupported, which means no Windows 11 and any other software which requires that. More than satisfactory for any typical usage like browsing and multimedia. My piece had a nasty scratch along one side and was missing a floor pad, but that is to be expected for a used piece I guess. The inbuilt speakers are tinny and have low volume. The large number of USB ports come in handy. There is no bluetooth or wireless adapter, these much be purchased separately if required. Power cord was missing in the package which was the biggest disappointment. Graphics card has support only for DisplayPort and DVI, adapters for this must be procured separately too if required.
This is a really powerful workstation which can be used for normal computing, video editing and entry level gaming. I was a bit skeptical to purchase it because it was refurbished, but let me tell you, it is TOTALLY worth it. With minimal signs of usage, this workstation packs a lot of power. At this price you cannot find anything better. Just go for it. I have been using in for a week now and I’m really satisfied with the product. Saudewala, as always, coming up with the best deals, and guiding me throughout.
If you want better graphics output, go for the 2060/3060 version of this workstation.
