When I was looking for a laptop on their website, I was a bit skeptical about the platform and the actual condition of the device I would receive. I tried contacting them via WhatsApp, but the response took about a day.

Order and Logistics:

The ordering process went smoothly, and I promptly received the receipt via email. The order was processed incredibly fast. The very next day, the laptop was dispatched and a tracking number was shared over email. Delivery was quick; I received the laptop within 3 days. It was securely and excellently packed in a sturdy box. The box included a laptop, charger (new) and a bag.

About the Laptop:

I ordered a Lenovo ThinkPad T14 AMD Ryzen 5 Gen 1 with 16 GB RAM and a 512 GB SSD. Having previously used a ThinkPad T-series laptop for 10 years, I chose it again specifically for its legendary durability and excellent Linux support. Overall, the laptop was in great condition. It looked almost brand new, as if it had only been used for a few months, with barely any scratches or dents. The keyboard felt great, though one key was partially broken upon arrival. The laptop came with Windows 11 and Microsoft Office 2021 pre-installed. Everything worked flawlessly out of the box. The battery health was around 80% capacity, giving me a around 4 to 5 hours on a full charge under normal usage.

A Pleasant Surprise (Touchscreen): While installing Linux, I accidentally discovered that this laptop actually features a touchscreen! It was disabled in Windows by default, but once I turned it on in the settings, it worked smoothly on both Windows and Linux. A fantastic unexpected bonus!

Linux Compatibility: As expected from a ThinkPad, it is highly Linux-friendly. Almost everything worked perfectly right out of the box. I am really impressed and would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a reliable machine at an affordable price.

After-Sales Service:
Unfortunately, I encountered an issue that required sending the laptop in for repair. I reached out to the support team via email and received a very prompt initial reply. However, the pickup and transport of the laptop faced a delay of several days due to ongoing regional elections. During this time, I had to follow up constantly via email, but the support team was fantastic - I consistently received replies within an hour. Once the laptop reached them, it was fixed and shipped back via fast delivery within 2-3 days. The laptop has been running perfectly since it returned. They fixed the broken key, and as an unexpected bonus, they even included an extra charger! 😀
