Return on electronics
Saudewala promises to deliver on its post sale support via offering easy returns on applicable circumstances. Since we mostly work on refurbished and used items, and to help you have a smooth experience we offer returns upto 14 days with full refund provided the product is returned as it is and reason for return is that it is not working as promised by our team or product description.
If you wish to return a product that's in full working condition without any hardware shortcomings then Saudewala will deduct all the processing charges which include and may not be limited to shipping, payment gateway charges, packaging and labour charges.
No return requests will be entertained via our social media pages due to high traffic and active tabs, instead please write to our support (support@saudewala.in) and wait for 24 hours for us to check it through and get back to you, only contact the number on support after 48 hours.
Return on accessories
We also offer applicable replacements on accessories upto 14 days. Returns on new items isn't accepted once the box seal or tag is removed, only replacements will be done in applicable scenario once your claims are verified by the team. Returns are offered under replacement as well if the quality of replacement is not as per the condition promised. Please note that for replacements you have to ship it back to us under 14 days for the replacement after prior approval from our support staff or you can request a pickup, failure to do so will mark the product as accepted. Also the product returned should be in the same condition and specifications as delivered, if the criteria of the quality and elibility of the product don't meet our return policy we can reject the return.
Please Note The Following:
- Used Products are NOT ELIGIBLE for returns. Kindly provide unpacking video/images of product received at the time of raising Return Request.
- Orders priced below ₹1000 are NOT ELIGIBLE for returns.
- Orders placed under CLEARANCE SALE/SAMPLE SALE are NOT ELIGIBLE for returns.
- If buyer orders the wrong product, the same is not eligible for return, only replacement and the buyer bears the tranist and processing charges for the same.
- Orders placed using DISCOUNT COUPONS/REFERRAL CODES are NOT ELIGIBLE for returns.
- Inability of the buyer to run specific softwares on the purchased device will not be a valid reason for return.
- These above categories are neither eligible for refunds.
Refund policy
A total of 5% will be deducted in final payment as payment gateway charges and rest amount will be transferred to your preferred mode of payment within 7-15 business days in case if the product works well but does not meet you usage or preference criteria. Shipping is non refundable.
Reason for 5% deduction
Saudewala urges you to accept the reality of discount on a refurbished product and manage your expectations accordingly although we strive for best qaulity and best pre shipment checks. All products we offer are of utmost quality and well below the market rate which we offer to make Saudewala an affordable marketplace. These charges are not pocketed by us but given to third parties to make everybody's shopping experience easier. Other E-com platforms may offer you free delivery and instant refunds but they have factored that when they list same products upto 40% greater price. You can alternatively also choose to take 100% of refund money as store credit from us for future purchases.
