At Saudewala, we take pride in providing high-quality refurbished laptops to our valued customers. Our warranty policy is designed to ensure your satisfaction and peace of mind while purchasing our products. This policy outlines the terms and conditions of the warranty coverage for our refurbished laptops:
- Warranty Coverage:
Our company offers a limited warranty on all refurbished laptops sold to our customers. The warranty covers defect(s) in materials and workmanship occurring under normal usage conditions. It ensures that the laptop will be free from significant defects that may affect its functionality during the specified warranty period. The warranty includes hardware malfunctions, but it does not cover, screen damage, issues resulting from accidental damage, electrical damages, misuse, or unauthorized modifications. The accidental damages during shipping are only valid with an unboxing video, any claim without an unboxing video will not be entertained.
Batteries are considered consumable items and are covered under a separate limited warranty. Please refer to our Battery Warranty section for specific details regarding the warranty coverage for batteries.
- Warranty Period:
The warranty period for our refurbished laptops is typically 3 months, starting from the date of purchase. The specific warranty duration may vary depending on the individual laptop model and will be clearly stated on the purchase invoice or receipt.
- Warranty Services:
During the warranty period, we will provide the following services:
a) Repair or Replacement: If the laptop experiences any manufacturing defects or malfunctions covered under the warranty, we will either repair the laptop to restore it to proper working condition or replace it with an equivalent model at our discretion.
b) Parts and Labor: Our warranty covers both the cost of necessary replacement parts and the labor required to diagnose and repair the laptop.
- Warranty Exclusions:
The warranty does not cover the following situations:
a) Physical Damage: Any damages caused by mishandling, accidents, drops, liquid spills, or other physical impacts are not covered under the warranty. The warranty will be considered void if there is evidence of any physical damage to the laptop.
b) Software Issues: The warranty does not cover problems related to software, including operating system issues, virus infections, software corruption or data loss. It is the responsibility of the customer to maintain and back up their data. However, we may provide limited support for software-related inquiries within a reasonable time after purchase.
c) Third-Party Modifications: Any damages resulting from alterations, upgrades, or repairs performed by unauthorized personnel or with non-authorized components will void the warranty.

This warranty ensures that your laptop's battery will be free from defect(s) and will provide a minimum of 90 minutes of backup time. Please see the details below:

c) Batteries that have been opened, modified, or repaired by unauthorized personnel.
- Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Saudewala be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of the laptop battery.
