Replacement Policy
At Saudewala, we take pride in delivering quality-checked refurbished laptops, desktops, and accessories. Every product undergoes thorough inspection before dispatch. However, in rare cases of verified hardware or configuration issues, we offer an easy and fair 14-day replacement policy to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Eligibility for Replacement
A product is eligible for replacement if one or more of the following apply within 14 days of delivery:

The product has a hardware defect or major functional issue that affects performance.

There is a configuration mismatch such as incorrect RAM, storage capacity, or processor model versus the listing.

The product delivered is significantly different from what was described or promised by our team.
Replacement requests are approved only after inspection and verification by our technical team. Cosmetic differences or minor signs of previous use (scratches, faded keys, etc.) do not qualify for replacement.
Replacement Process

Raise a Request:
Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery via the Return & Exchange Form or email at support@saudewala.in, along with photos or videos clearly showing the issue. -
Approval & Pickup:
Once validated, our team will share pickup or shipping instructions. You can either ship the product back yourself or request a pickup where available. -
Inspection:
The returned product will be tested by our technical experts to confirm the reported issue. -
Confirmation & Dispatch:
If the issue is confirmed, a replacement for the same model and configuration will be dispatched within 7–10 working days after receiving the product. -
Alternate Options:
If the same model or configuration is unavailable, you may choose:-
A replacement of equal or higher specifications, or
-
A refund as per our Return Policy.
The choice will be communicated and confirmed before dispatch.

Accessory Replacement
If the issue is limited to an accessory (e.g., charger, adapter, bag), Saudewala will replace only the faulty accessory, not the full product.
Replacement accessories may be original or compatible, depending on stock availability.
Transit & Handling Charges
For verified cases covered under this policy, pickup and replacement shipping costs are fully covered by Saudewala.
If the product is found to be in working condition or does not meet replacement eligibility, the return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

Products must be returned in the same physical condition as received, without tampering or missing parts.

Requests made after 14 days of delivery will not be entertained.

Saudewala reserves the right to approve or reject a replacement claim after full inspection.
