How we test every laptop

Every laptop that leaves our facility has been through a full quality check. Here is what that means in plain terms.

• We check where it came from. The serial number is verified against the manufacturer's record. If a laptop has a scratched-off or missing serial number, we do not sell it.
• We wipe it completely. The old drive is fully erased and a clean operating system is installed. Nothing from the previous owner stays on the machine.
• We test the hardware. Component testing, battery health, peripherals and ports, storage and upgrades.
• We repair what is faulty. Weak batteries, old hard drives and damaged parts get replaced, not hidden.
• We grade it honestly. Every laptop is given a condition grade, and that grade is shown on the product page along with real photos.

• These are used laptops. They are business machines that were owned before. They are usually one or two generations behind the newest models, they have some cosmetic marks depending on grade, and their batteries have been used. We tell you all of this on the product page.
• We are not the cheapest. You will find similar models cheaper on OLX or Instagram. What you will not get there is testing, a warranty, a GST bill, or anyone to call if something breaks.
• We are a small company. No big investors, no celebrity ads. Just a workshop in Ghaziabad and a team that answers the phone.
