Laptop is literally like brand new with very expected usage signs. And packaging was really good with lots of layer, and they also provide a laptop bag inside it like a carry bag, it's a nice thing to have tbh.

My take is if you're considering a laptop with proper functioning at fraction of price. Go for it.

Purchased a Refurbished Hp Elite Dragonfly G3 Chromebook Plus | Intel i5 12th Gen from Saudewala

I was looking for an affordable secondary laptop/Chromebook and decided to give Saudewala a try. Here’s my experience:

Works well except the wifi adapter

Was under the impression that it had wifi on board but it didn't. The external wifi adapter that came with the pc didn't work either. Overall the machine is good, the wifi could've made it better.

works flawlessly.

I have been using it as a portable nas device to offload my phone storage, a downloader, media server, the form factor is soo small that you can carry it and forgot it's in your bag. Very low wattage can easy carry and power for 15hrs Power Bank 20ah lipo with some booster setups. Mine comes with healthy emmc and ram. My unit came with wifi 5 and bt card . The only trouble maker is the power supply they provide was bad , i did changes the CMOS battery too. If you're good at linux it's a great deal. Recommended. Using for week, great value. Softap speed up to 150Mbps. Great device.

Coustomer service person was replying via WhatsApp regarding the status and query related to the laptop
After sale service.. I have not tried.. hope I will not need to try it
Regarding 1 year warranty.. didn't received any warranty card, may be their bill will act as their warranty card.
Received a laptop bag..

Would have been better if a cleaning spray was also provided along with it, the glue from the rapping plastic is not getting off of the body😅

Will i recommend it to my friend.. ya sure 👍
