Receive a broken laptop

I am extremely disappointed with the condition of the laptop I received.

Saudewala has described the issue as a “minor dent,” but the attached photographs clearly show that this is not a minor cosmetic defect. The laptop body is broken and partially detached, exposing internal structural components. In addition, certain body parts appear to be missing or already broken before delivery.

This type of damage cannot reasonably be classified as a minor dent. The extent of the damage suggests a serious structural defect, and the product was clearly not delivered in acceptable condition.

I have already provided clear photographs and a complete unboxing video showing that the laptop arrived in this state. The evidence demonstrates that the damage was present upon receipt and was not caused by me after delivery.

I request Saudewala to stop treating this issue as a minor cosmetic concern and provide an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement, full repair, or refund. As a customer, I expected a functional and properly assembled laptop, not one with broken and detached body panels.

I hope this matter is resolved promptly and professionally.
