Allow us to present our version of facts here, we called the customer about his poor review and assured him that his COD package was dispatched on time from our office with Delhivery. The order dispatched on 12th is now sitting in Punjab near the customer's address. AS per delhivery they are attempting to deliver the package but customer is not picking up calls or co-ordinating, additionally customer asked for a refund of partial COD amount after cancellation of order but that can't be done as package is still in transit( Order are cancelled only after they come back to us). The customer then resorted to abusive language on call, we tried to calm the situation down but he hung up. We are still committed to solving this but unfortunately after 17 calls made to him by us and delhivery he refused to pickup the calls or receive the order. The customer has only paid 486 rupees for Partial Cod against the delivery charges and these are non refundable as mentioned in policy of COD orders.
