1. PAN India Delivery
We offer delivery services across India, covering major cities, towns, and most remote locations.
Once your order is confirmed, our team begins preparing your device for dispatch after completing all necessary quality checks and packaging procedures.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
During this time, your device undergoes:
- Final hardware testing
- Software installation and setup
- Cleaning and sanitization
- Quality inspection
- Secure packaging
Note: Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
3. Delivery Estimates
Delivery timelines depend on your location:
- Metro Cities: 2–5 working days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–7 working days
- Remote Areas: 5–9 working days
Note: These timelines are indicative. Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, public holidays, or other external factors beyond our control.
4. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping is available on most orders across India.
- In certain cases, a nominal delivery fee may apply depending on pincode, product type, mode of payment, or package weight.

7. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery multiple times if the first attempt is unsuccessful.
If delivery fails due to:
- Incorrect address
- Customer unavailability
The shipment may be returned to our facility. Re-dispatch may involve additional charges.
8. Cash on Delivery
- COD is available for selected pincodes only and price range.
- Availability will be shown during checkout.
Certain locations may not support COD due to courier limitations or service restrictions.
