2 Rubber feet missing but nothing major.

Now coming to laptop review.
So i bought this laptop for my dad, who needs to basic tasks, excel and occasional media consumption.

Performance - 10/10 for this price.
Superb boot up times and no hiccups at all.

Portability & build quality - 10/10
14 inch form factor makes it really handy and is also not that heavy. Metal body gives it a premium feel.

Display : - 6/10
Now this is the only hiccup in this laptop.
Its got a privacy display from the factory, so the viewing angles are not that great. You can try turning off the privacy feature by fn+f2. The screen quality improves but you can still notice the difference in brightness in different areas of screen. the screen is perfectly useable but I wish it didn't come with privacy feature.
Maybe we can swap it out for a normal screen? Need to check with HP.
Its a matte finish display with good brightness so can be used outdoors.
It also has a touchscreen which adds a lot of convenience.
The display does the job and i suppose you can live with it/ will get adjusted to eventually.
But do consider this point before buying.

Speakers - 10/10
I was surprised how loud they can get. Sound is crisp and clean even at max levels.

Battery life - 8/10
So the laptop i got had Battery health at 65%
It returned an impressive 3+ hour battery life.
Will swap out with a new battery later. I think this laptop can do easily 5+ or even close to 6 hours on a single charge with light to medium usage.

Keyboard,mouse - 10/10
No issues with trackpad.
I loved the keyboard, the typing experience was great when compared to other laptops.
Keyboard is backlit as well. So that is another bonus.

Other peripherals - 10/10
Camera, fingerprint sensor and all ports worked perfectly fine.
Set up windows hello as well for face unlock. Works absolutely perfectly.
Comes with a 65W charger with normal pin.
I think you can charge with USB-C port as well.
No heating issues observed.

Warranty - 10/10
my laptop still had 2 years 8 months of warranty left from HP when i checked on their website/Hp support app. Which was a really pleasant surprise. You may/may not get the same amount of warranty, but i think Saudewala still offers a good warranty.

Summary
If you can look past the display, YOU ARE GETTING MORE THAN YOUR MONEYS WORTH with this laptop.

Bonus :
I had Ordered a Probook 440 G6. But they sent me the elitebook, which had the upgraded spec of i7, so thanks for that, to saudewala team.
They also threw in a wallet as a small gift.

I was looking for a laptop that was not much previous generation of Intel processor but could fit in today's bundle of apps without giving any major lag. I have previously used lenovo ideapad & dell latitude series, but this elitebook was in my mind from a long time. I have purchased this during Diwali and have extensively used it, and can say that I have no issues whatsoever other than the quality of display (does not feel like the original one). The i7 processor does the job quite well and 16 GB RAM just makes it easier. I had a HDD from my old laptop which unfortunately could not be mounted on this one and I had to use it externally. The touch, camera and fingerprint is working fine. If anyone is buying a new i3 latest gen at this price point please do consider this one. The only drawback is the missing dedicated graphics card. However I have been playing Valorant since the day it arrived which runs flawlessly. I would highly recommend it for people that are looking under the 35k budget. This is the perfect choice go for it.

Also shoutout to Saudewala team for the coordination (I was skeptical about buying refurbished products as this is my first purchase from such a dealer). Btw the packaging was great.
